Wireless Analytics Signs New Client for Wireless Mobility Management
Wireless Analytics, a provider of outsourced wireless management services, announced it has signed a new client, CW Financial Services, a national commercial real estate finance and investment company with a specific focus on commercial and multi-family real estate debt.
The company will provide CW Financial Services with Wireless Analytics for oversight of enterprise wireless mobility management and wireless expense management.
While evaluating the wireless mobility process, CW Financial Services discovered their IT and telecom departments had an increasing need for third-party support and solutions as a result of the growing complexity of wireless applications and devices like BlackBerrys, iPhones and Android (News - Alert) devices.
The financial firm was looking for a solution provider that would not only help them reduce costs but also serve as an outsourced business process partner to provide a high level of help desk support services and oversight.
Wireless Analytics was ranked one of the country’s top wireless mobility management (WMM) companies in customer satisfaction for three straight years. Their new CLEAN Platform 3.0 (Carrier Line Expense Analysis) will be used to effectively manage CW Financial Services’ wireless mobility process.
The service will provide increased visibility and control over device procurement and provisioning, inventory management, invoice auditing, carrier management and cost analysis and reporting, according to officials at Wireless Analytics.
Wireless Analytics provides outsourced mobility management services such as online visibility and reporting, wireless policy development, cost analysis, procurement, complete help desk services, inventory management, and carrier invoice management.
Earlier in November, Wireless Analytics revealed that it has become an official member of the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA), the nation’s largest industry association for the telecom expense management space.
Commenting on this development, Erik Eames, founder and managing director of Wireless Analytics, stated, “Wireless Analytics already has strong working relationships with many of TEMIA’s (News - Alert) members and we look forward to building these collaborations for the sake of promoting best practices and education for the wireless expense management industry.”

When it comes to WEM, speed counts Historically, TEM and WEM have moved at a glacial pace. Some WEM vendors still take months to on-board customers and start providing invoice analysis. They also struggle to provide timely ongoing insight into user behavior.
