Amtel's TIMS Product Honored for Excellence in Telecom Expense Management
Amtel (News - Alert) has announced that Technology Marketing Corporation has honored its “Telecom Information Management System” as a recipient of the 2009 INTERNET TELEPHONY TEM Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
Amtel’s “TIMS” platform encompasses a comprehensive platform for wireless procurement, invoice management and inventory management of telecommunications services for global organizations. TIMS’s copyright algorithms for mobile optimization provide value for reducing costs at an enterprise, according to Santa Clara, Calif.-based Amtel.

Amtel’s complete product portfolio is designed to help companies to simplify telecoms management and reduce their costs. The TIMS software platform and professional services help organizations in telecom financial management, auditing, infrastructure analysis, chargeback accounting, consolidation, contract management and technology assessment.
